Compact Index Table Series RWT
This new Rexroth product is a unique turning table that
combines the finest mechanical and pneumatic drives
with a double-acting piston-type, ratchet and gear
mechanism. The small dimensions and flat, cylindrical
design make the RWT an ideal component in e.g.
compact assembly machines.

The RWT is characterized by:
- A torque of 1.2 Nm at 6 bar pressure.
- Very compact, streamlined design.
- High positioning precision, accuracy ±0.2°

Index table for assembly machines
This new index table from Rexroth combines the finest of mechanical
and pneumatic drives. With its very small dimensions and flat
cylindrical design, the RWT is ideal for use in compact machines such
as electronic circuit boards.
The RWT index table is offering accurate positioning by continuous
stepwise rotation instead of forward and backward motion. A typical
application would be the indexing of a workpiece requiring four, six
or eight processes, resulting in good manufacturing flexibility.
Equipped with a double-acting piston type ratchet and gear mechanism
gives accuracy as high as ±0.2°. Moreover, the table has a useful
plane-mounting surface with threaded mounting holes and locating
dowels for precision and strength. With its flat design and high torque, this small device delivers impressive performance.
The RWT series is available in six different step versions which are also prepared for inductive sensors. The series includes 45°, 60° or 90° index angles with rotation to the right or left.
